Customer reception

Since Monday, May 11, our customer area, located at the Millau Viaduct gate toll, has open again. Our staff welcomes you from Monday to Friday, from 8.15 am to 12.30 am and from 1.30 pm to 6 pm.

For its health and yours, we invite you to restrict your mouvement et to make remote requests, whenever it’s possible.
To this end, 2 options :

If you want to take out a suscription to the e-toll, it is possible to do it online, on our website www.leviaducdemillau.com. Our team is at your service to guide you step by step… please, contact them !

For the requests that cannot be made this way, we recommand you call to make an appointment.

On site, we apply measures ensuring respect of the barrier actions and social distancing rules.

We ask everyone (collaborator, supplier, customer …) to disinfect its hands with the hydroalcoholic gel distributor, before entering our office.
If our agent is with another customer or if the reception area is occupied, please wait outside, or in your vehicle.

We have equipped this area with a transparent screen to protect you from potential projections due to sneeze or cough. Some hydroalcoholic gel is at your disposal on the desk. Seats and armrests are cleaned regularly. And, weather permitting, the desk doors stay open.

We ask our visitors to come with their own pen… necessary to sign the documents for the suscription.
