Several teams to help you
About fifty people will be permanently on hand to welcome you and to ensure your safety and comfort during your crossing of the viaduct. Each person has a very precise job. But who does what?
The toll booth operators greet you when you go through the tollgate. They are also there to inform you about the main routes around the A75. If you encounter any problems when you pay the toll, they are there to give you any assistance you may require.
The hosts and hostesses work at the reception in the management building next to the tollgate. They will be able to tell you about the viaduct and the services available (subscriptions, visits, souvenirs, etc.). You can also contact them to give them any comments you may have about your crossing on the viaduct.
The patrollers are there for the everyday maintenance of the viaduct. They intervene extremely quickly in all types of incidents that might occur on the viaduct in order to ensure your safety.
The maintenance technicians are in charge of preventive and curative maintenance of all materials and electrical, electronic or computer installations essential for the smooth running of the viaduct. Their aim? To keep the installations in perfect condition!
